Mobile App Concepts
After work on the RBFCU Account Summary page was completed, I started work on some concepts for what a mobile experience might look like. These prototypes were creative explorations to demonstrate to internal leadership what could be possible.

There was still much collaboration work with developers to determine if RBFCU needed a mobile web solution, or native app for iOS and Android. At the time these designs were created, the RBFCU native app was developed by a third party that provided the same shell to several credit unions. Consequently some competing credit unions had similar interfaces and user flows, with the exception of color palette.

With the support of leadership, our team advocated for an exploration of what would a mobile app look like for our credit union. With help from other teammates we created a competitive matrix of features. This exploration was a strategic effort to learn and explore what would be the best path for the credit union. An outside consulting agency was engaged to assess our current app and assess our team abilities. They were able to help guide and provide recommendations to a framework that could work well for our needs. After that engagement was completed RBFCU was able to solidify a framework and direction for the future mobile app for iOS and Android customers.
